About the event
Get ready for the cozy Fall weather by creating your own blend of soothing herbal tea. Join our resident tea blender, Nicole Lerario, from Full Cup Living, as she guides you through a variety of herbs, roots, and leaves geared to help you relax. You’ll learn about the properties of each botanical and how blends are created, and then you’ll blend your own tea! This Make & Take class is limited to 10 people. Due to the botanicals needed for the class, we require you to pre-register for this event. Tickets are $30.
About Nicole: She has been a tea blender for 25years. She delved into both the physical and spiritual properties of herbs, learning from both the Open Center and the Australasian College of Health & Wellness. Her first tea company, Mad Pots of Tea, specialized in her own creation, the PersonaliTEA, which were customized blends of tea based on person drinking it.
